Safety is key to successful project. J. Carrizal General Construction, Inc.’s most valuable asset is its’ employees whom we are committed to safeguarding to the fullest extent possible. In protecting this asset we are obligated to provide each employee with as safe work environment as possible.

This includes everything associated with the job site, equipment, tools, ground conditions and the work force itself supervised by competent, trained, certified and experience supervisors.

100% of J. Carrizal employees are encouraged to participate in training and/or further safety education courses.

Untrained employees take up to six times longer to perform the same tasks as trained employees.

J. Carrizal General Construction, Inc. prides itself in giving back to the community with fundraising and sponsorships however we are most proud of our philanthropic efforts with the Ysleta Independent School District and the El Paso Job Corps.

Each year J. Carrizal General Construction, Inc. and the YISD’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) program team up as a mentor protégé partnership.

This year three YISD’s seniors are hired on a part-time basis to work at our administrative offices. During this time, our management team takes a leadership role with these individuals and teaches them how a general construction business in run. Our goal is for them to learn the basic aspects of a business in their short time with us, but take a life time of knowledge and apply it to whatever profession they chose.
